3x thread the needle (hold it five seconds)
10x 90/90 hip rocks with forward bend
15 seconds wide legs with forward bend
10 seconds knee cross over chest on back
10x shoulder stretches backward while holding fabric
15 seconds deep squat
age squats (body weight squats for your age)
