manifesting a coffee shop with lactose free whole milk

why on earth do coffee shops not have lactose free whole milk? i hate paying extra for an alt milk i don’t like just to save my tummy. and as a bonus, lactose free milk tends to have a subtle sweetness that actually would be perfect for a coffee bev. anyone else on board to make this a movement???
