folkehuset absalon

every city needs an absalon! this place is one part cafe, one part community center, 100% amazing. they have all sorts of events, but my favorite thing is their nightly meals that you can buy tickets to in advance and then when you arrive you’re seated at long tables interspersed with strangers who quickly become friends. the food was good and the company was even better!
