hear me out: there is NO BETTER HOT DOG. i don’t care if you don’t keep kosher (i don’t really) these are so unmatched. but please for the love of god don’t boil them. grill is the only way (or cast iron if you’re an apartment girlie like me). let the maillard reaction do her thing!!!
