nancy silverton created a butterscotch budino at osteria mozza that is lovely BUT 112 eatery in minneapolis perfected it and it is transcendent. every time i visit home this is a non-negotiable stop (everything else they serve is amazing but we often go just for dessert because we’re so obsessed)
