get a massage

Did something heinous to my neck yesterday and found a place that would take me same day. Best 60 minutes of my life!!! Turns out there is a genuine medical problem with my neck that no masseuse can fix, but every other part of me now feels spectacular. Such a treat, and not one I can afford every week but perhaps one I can afford monthly. Going to be adding this to the wellness repertoire for sureeee.
