bread machine

I resisted for a long time getting a bread machine because serious bread makers look down on them but I’m SO glad I asked for one for my birthday. I am NOT a serious bread maker and I don’t have it in me to be one. But I love fresh bread and this has made that actually possible for me! Amazing for bagels, getting challah dough started, popping out a quick cheddar bread to pair with eggs, making pizza dough. The possibilities are endless, and so it my joy!
